At Balance Nutrition, we strive to deliver your products quickly and efficiently while offering flexible options for returns and exchanges. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle shipping and returns.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

3. Shipping Area
We currently ship within South Africa. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@balance-nutrition.co.za for options.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

5. Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@balance-nutrition.co.za. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products or items not in their original condition.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@balance-nutrition.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@balance-nutrition.co.za. We will arrange an exchange and cover any shipping costs for the replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns unrelated to product defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
